Our path to behavioral biometrics innovation

We at BioCatch from day one, were aspired to be the leader in behavioral biometrics authentication and malware detection. We truly believed that our technology was so unique, so cool, and that it could really change the face of authentication and malware detection as it is known and used till date. Well, it took us few years and today I am happy to share with you that BioCatch was recently granted with two new patents.

The first patent 'Method and Device for Confirming Computer End-User Identity', was given to us for our 'Invisible Challenges' - the hidden tests that we have developed over time. By 'Invisible Challenge' we mean the evaluation of a personal response to a variety of on-screen cues. By doing so, we can identify a unique cognitive signature that cannot be copied or stolen.

The second patent 'System, device, and method of detecting identity of a user of a mobile electronic device', was given to us on our ability to detect a user's identity of an electronic device as a cloud-based solution. This is based on extracting cognitive, behavioral and physiological parameters. This patent actually expands the patent we were already granted in February this year, now enabling every app developer to implement BioCatch’s technology within their app.

Both patents are truly a great recognition of what we do here at BioCatch.
